Tasting note
50% estate grapes and 50% bought in. 10,000 bottles.
Smells like nut butter and browned ghee. Golden pears. Has rough-parchment texture. Cumin spices, almost caraway, rye bread, miso and something gently peachy sweet which fills the finish. A delicious, complex Pinot Gris.
