Tasting note
Gently aromatic. Subtle but multi-layered – lemon rind, nashi pear and spring meadow flowers. A delicate wet-stone minerality providing the backdrop. Chalky, creamy palate. The relatively gentle texture is bolstered by a mineral spice and lemony character. Long, elegant. A cut above the average Pinot Blanc and a strong all-rounder.
Score: 16.5
