Salon Cuvee 'S' Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Brut 1995 – A legendary mature Blanc de Blancs with incredible depth. Rich, ample, and creamy, with tropical overtones. Broader and more generous than usual, yet beautifully balanced.
Billecart-Salmon 'Cuvee Elisabeth Salmon' Brut Rose Millesime 2008 – Full-bodied and vinous with lovely notes of peach, red berries, petals and warm bread, supported by vibrant acidity.
Boerl & Kroff B de Boerl & Kroff Brut 2005 – It has developed beautiful maturity with roasted hazelnuts, beeswax and impressive depth.
Champagne Philippe Glavier Mesnil Emotion Grand Cru 2013 – A vibrant, quintessential Le Mesnil bottle from an outstanding vintage, showing bright citrus, white flowers, crushed stone, and vivid saline minerality.
Vincent Charlot Le Fruit de ma Passion Extra Brut 2020 – Sourced from clay-limestone, flint and chalk soils in Mardeuil. Mostly Pinot Meunier with gentle oak aging, it offers lively citrus, saffron, nutmeg, brioche and almond — lively yet creamy, endlessly layered and captivating.

Piollot Pere et Fils Cuvee de Reserve Brut NV - Bt

This secret non-vintage cuvée is produced exclusively for loyal clients in small quantities (~30,000 bottles annually). Blended from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, it is barrel-fermented and aged four years on lees. Light, floral, and beautifully balanced with a long, aromatic finish. Fresh and bright.
Les Freres Mignon L'Aventure Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Extra Brut NV - Bt | AG90

The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs L'Aventure Premier Cru was harvested in Avize, Cramant and Cuis and spent 26 months on lees. Lemony brightness appears first on the nose of this pale wine. The palate is juicy and lithe, pervaded by frothy, youthful foam that disperses this lemony freshness. Only subtle chalk appears and just an edge of autolysis by way of polenta and yet provides resonance, balanced, sunny fruit takes center stage. Dosage is 1.6gr/L. Vincent Charlot Le Fruit de ma Passion Extra Brut 2020 - Bt

Sourced exclusively from Vincent’s two largest biodynamic Mardeuil plots—La Genette and La Chapotte (0.55 ha each)—with clay-limestone, flint, and chalk soils. Mostly Pinot Meunier, plus Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, gently oak-aged.
Vibrant citrus meets subtle oxidative softness, laced with saffron, flowers, nutmeg, brioche, and almond. Lively yet creamy, endlessly layered and captivating.
Etienne Sandrin A Travers Celles Extra Brut 2020 - Bt

Sourced from three distinct plots—Mouille-Brant, Vieux Moulin, and Grille Besace—this 2020 wine benefits from Kimmeridgian limestone-clay soils that deliver marked freshness and salinity. For this vintage, longer pressing created a subtle natural coloration, yet the wine remains untouched.
Delicate red berry, raspberry, and ripe orange aromas with floral hints give way to a fresh, mineral palate with pure texture, saline tension, and a refreshing chalky finish.
Champagne Philippe Glavier Champagne Mesnil Emotion Grand Cru 2013 - Bt | AG92

The 2013 Brut Le Mesnil Emotion is terrific. It captures the energy of Mesnil, along with that extra kick of mid-palate pliancy that is at times missing in these Champagnes. Then again, 2013 was an exceptional vintage in the Cộte des Blancs. Lemon peel, white flowers, mint, crushed rocks and bright saline notes build effortlessly in the glass. This is beautifully done. Bereche et Fils Ay Grand Cru Extra Brut 2015 - Bt | AG94

The 2015 Extra-Brut Aÿ Grand Cru captures all the richness of Aÿ and of this dry, sunny vintage. Racy and exuberant, the 2015 offers up an exciting mix of crushed red berry fruit, lemon confit, ginger, cinnamon and dried rose petals. The Aÿ is a blend pf Pinot Noir from Froide-Terre and Chardonnay from Brise-Pot, co-fermented, with the Chardonnay lending notable freshness. That is especially evident on the lively finish. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2022.

Boerl & Kroff B de Boerl & Kroff Brut 2005 - Bt

This wine draws from three exceptional one-hectare old-vine plots in Aube, at the southern edge of Champagne. The warm, generous 2005 vintage produced richly fleshy Pinot Noir with soft texture and vibrant preserved acidity. Twenty years on, it has evolved into a mature expression of roasted hazelnuts, beeswax, smoked bread, and profound aged complexity.

Disgorged with seven grams per liter dosage, the 2008 Brut Rosé Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon is one of the finest wines I've tasted from Billecart in recent years. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of peach, mandarin oil, warm bread, red berries and petals, it's full-bodied, deep and vinous, with lovely mid-palate amplitude, terrific concentration and bright girdling acids. In what is quite a tightly wound vintage and from a house whose style is rather understated, this is a dramatic, fleshy wine that concludes with a long, flavorful finish.

Salon Cuvee 'S' Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Brut 1995 - Bt | AG95

The 1995 Salon, disgorged à la volée and naturally sans dosage, is rich, ample and creamy. In this vertical, the 1995 stands out for its broad, ample frame and tropically-leaning overtones. So often, Salon is a Champagne of tension and focus. Even without dosage, the 1995 is distinctly more ample than is the norm and yet all the elements come together nicely just the same.
