Clos Sainte-Sophie位於Montgueux歷史核心地帶，係一個古老圍牆葡萄園，坐落喺山丘頂。園內嘅老藤深入富含白堊土嘅土壤，帶來呢個地區典型嘅張力同礦物感。Emmanuel Lassaigne（2002年起接手家族酒莊）用心地照顧呢度，只選用Pinot Noir葡萄，透過saignee方法萃取豐富色澤同味道，之後零劑量（zero-dosage）Brut Nature裝瓶，保留最純淨同活潑嘅風味。
香氣好吸引—成熟紅莓、細膩玫瑰花瓣🌹，仲帶少少溫和香料味。入口清新爽口，慢慢展現出絲滑單寧、白堊土帶來嘅深層礦物感、細緻氣泡，同埋清脆帶點鹹味嘅餘韻，真係令人停唔到口。

Nestled at the historic heart of Montgueux lies Clos Sainte-Sophie, an ancient walled vineyard perched atop the hill. Its mature vines plunge deep into chalk-rich soils, delivering the region's signature tension and minerality. Emmanuel Lassaigne (who's been steering the family estate since 2002) works his magic here, using just Pinot Noir and the saignee method for rich color and flavor, then bottling it zero-dosage Brut Nature to keep everything pure and vibrant.
The nose is so inviting—think ripe red berries, delicate rose petals🌹, and a hint of gentle spice. On the palate it starts bright and refreshing, then builds with silky tannins, deep mineral drive from the chalk, a lovely fine mousse, and a crisp, salty finish that keeps you coming back for more.
