Frederic Savart & Jerome Prevost Champagne Grand Cru Ephemere 031 2016 is a rare collaboration between two of Champagne’s most respected independent voices.💗

This 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs comes from top Grand Cru sites in the Cote des Blancs. The 2016 vintage was disgorged in March 2026 with a minimal 1 g/L dosage (Extra Brut). It shows classic purity with vibrant citrus, white peach, chalky minerality, precise acidity, and a long saline finish. Nearly a decade of lees aging gives it structure and finesse while keeping the wine fresh and tense.

Elegant and age-worthy, it works well as an aperitif or with seafood. A pure terroir expression in limited quantities.✨
