Located in Fleys, 4km east of Chablis, this family estate draws on seven generations of winemaking expertise. Founded in 1979 by Charly Nicolle’s parents, it now spans 26 hectares of Chardonnay vines in the clay-limestone soils of the Serein River valley. Charly Nicolle, who joined in 1999, blends tradition with a deep respect for the land.

Charly Nicolle’s winemaking style is a love letter to Chablis’ terroir💌, captivating enthusiasts with its purity and elegance. Using sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention, he lets the Kimmeridgian soils speak through each bottle. Vinification on the lees in stainless steel tanks highlights the wines’ vibrant freshness and flinty minerality, while a rounded mid-palate adds a touch of richness.   • Chablis Ante MCMLXX (Vieilles Vignes) 2021: Crafted from 50+ year-old vines across the estate, this cuvée highlights purity with lemon and floral notes, capturing Chablis’ classic freshness with added complexity.

  • Chablis Les Fourneaux Premier Cru 2021: From 10 parcels totalling 4 hectares. This warmer vineyard produces a more generous style of Chablis, this was aged in a mix of stainless steel and oak.

  • Chablis Les Fourneaux Premier Cru Ante MCMLXX (Vieilles Vignes) 2020: Made from 50+ year-old vines in Les Fourneaux, it offers concentrated depth with ripe stone fruit, zesty acidity, and flinty elegance, reflecting the intensity of its old vines.

  • Chablis Mont de Milieu Premier Cru 2020 & 2021: Sourced from 40-to-80-year-old vines in the steep, south-facing Mont de Milieu vineyard, this Premier Cru delivers refined structure with citrus, herb, and mineral depth, emphasizing elegance.
