Fulcro的Albarino白酒是夏日必備，特別適合喜歡飲清爽、礦物感十足的白葡萄酒的朋友！這酒莊來自西班牙Rias Baixas，完美展現當地沿海的獨特風土。曾在El Bulli當了13年侍酒師的Ferran Centelles在2021年Jancisrobinson.com盲品時大讚Fulcro：「最有潛力的小酒莊，酒款能呈現真實風土之餘，又超好喝！」
Fulcro由Manuel Moldes Morana在2009年創立，面對大西洋那溫和又濕潤的氣候，用Val do Salnés的老藤葡萄，釀出純淨又迷人的酒。
Fulcro的Albarino有甚麼特別？比起很多用不銹鋼桶陳年、輕盈好喝的同區Albarino，Fulcro奉行少干預路線，摒棄除蟲劑，並遵循可持續發展的釀酒方式，按土壤類型裝瓶。酒款不做乳酸發酵，以保留清新的酸度和結構，陳年時間長達9至20個月（一般5至6個月），常用舊橡木桶，帶來更飽滿的酒體、複雜度，不只是Albarino典型的花香、柑橘與鹹鮮風味。

A Pedreira：旗艦酒款，混釀三個附近地塊的葡萄，主打A Pedreira葡萄園。花崗岩土壤，40年老藤，適合即飲或中期窖藏。年產約18,000瓶。
O Equilibrio：主要來自A Xesteira老葡萄園，藤齡45到70年，種在紅色板岩土壤上。初嚐略顯內斂，慢慢展現細膩平衡，能陳年。年產約5,000瓶。
A Cesteira：系列中最具活力的酒款，來自板岩和黏土土壤，藤齡45年。複雜且結構分明，專為長期陳年打造。年產約2,000瓶。
Nas Dunas：最深邃且最適合窖藏的酒款，來自土壤為沙質、類似海灘的葡萄園，底下為2至3米的黏土層。優雅、酒體飽滿且圓潤。年產約800瓶。
Fulcro’s Albarino wines are a summer must-have for fans of crisp, mineral-driven whites. Hailing from Rias Baixas, Spain, the wines beautifully reflect the unique coastal terroirs. Ferran Centelles, former El Bulli sommelier for 13 years, praised Fulcro in a 2021 Jancisrobinson.com blind tasting: “The most promising of the small producers, making extremely authentic and tasty wines.”
Founded in 2009 by Manuel Moldes Morana, Fulcro crafts pure, captivating wines from old vines in Val do Salnes, facing the Atlantic’s mild, humid climate.
What sets them apart from other Albarinos in the region? While many are stainless-steel aged for light, immediate enjoyment, Fulcro uses minimal intervention, no pesticides, and sustainable practices, bottling by soil type. The wines skip malolactic fermentation for vibrant acidity and structure, aging 9–20 months (vs. the typical 5–6)—often in used oak—for fuller body, complexity, and unmatched intensity beyond standard floral aromas, bright citrus, and salinity.

A Pedreira: The flagship cuvée, blending grapes from three nearby plots, primarily from the A Pedreira vineyard. Grown on granite soils with 40-year-old vines, it’s ideal for immediate enjoyment or medium-term cellaring. ~18,000 bottles produced yearly.
O Equilibrio: Sourced mainly from the historic A Xesteira vineyard, with vines aged 45–70 years on decomposed red slate. Subtle at first, it delivers refined balance and aging potential. ~5,000 bottles annually.
A Cesteira: The most vibrant of the lineup, from slate and clay soils with 45-year-old vines. Complex and structured, it’s crafted for long-term aging. ~2,000 bottles each year.
Nas Dunas: The deepest and most cellar-worthy, from a vineyard with sandy, beach-like soils over clay at two to three meters. Elegant, full-bodied, and polished. ~800 bottles made annually.
