Domaine des Tours VDP de Vaucluse "Clairette" Blanc：100% Clairette，來自1982年的老藤，種在山坡下的肥沃沙土，風味跟Cotes-du-Rhone的貧瘠風土不一樣。經過乳酸發酵，陳釀8到9個月，口感更豐富。
Les Tours Grenache Blanc Reserve：來自1978到1980年的Grenache Blanc老藤，貧瘠沙質土壤，以前叫“Chateau des Tours Cotes du Rhone Blanc”。2015年AOC Cotes du Rhone重劃範圍，這塊園子被排除在外。用天然酵母在橡木桶發酵，陳釀9個月，金黃色澤很搶眼，帶蜂蜜、熟梨、葡萄柚和花香，收尾清爽，還有些泥土和草本的細膩味道。
Chateau des Tours Cotes du Rhone Rouge Reserve：65% Grenache、20% Syrah、15% Cinsault。濃郁莓果香氣配上辛香料味，口感豐富又細膩，散發著覆盆子、碎胡椒和玫瑰花瓣的香氣，餘味有點鹹鮮和輕微的收斂感。
This week we are offering the exceptional wines of Chateau des Tours and Domaine des Tours, crafted by Emmanuel Reynaud, the genius behind Chateau Rayas. Based in Sarrians (a village between Chateaneuf-du-Pape and Vacqueyras) in the Rhone Valley, Reynaud’s wines are renowned for their purity, elegance, and complexity, reflecting his meticulous, organic approach. Since taking over the family estate, Emmanuel cultivates old-vine Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette with care, using hand-harvesting, and minimal-intervention vinification to express their terroir.🫶

Domaine des Tours VDP de Vaucluse "Clairette" Blanc: Pure Clairette from vines planted in 1982, grown in rich, sandy soils at the slope’s base, distinct from leaner Cotes-du-Rhone terroir. Post-malolactic fermentation, it matures 8–9 months for enhanced depth.
Les Tours Grenache Blanc Reserve : From 1978-1980 Grenache Blanc vines on sandy soils, previously labelled as “Chateau des Tours Cotes du Rhone Blanc”. In 2015, AOC Cotes du Rhone redrew its boundaries, leaving this Grenache Blanc parcel outside the appellation. Barrel-fermented with native yeasts, matured 9 months. Vibrant golden hue with honey, ripe pear, grapefruit, and floral notes, it delivers a fresh, earthy finish with subtle herb accents.
Chateau des Tours Cotes du Rhone Rouge Reserve: 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Cinsault. Lush berry fruit and vibrant spice, it marries opulent richness with velvety finesse, offering raspberry, cracked pepper, and rose petal notes, with a savoury, gently grippy finish.
