Tasting note
The NV Brut Rosé Eugène is based on 2022, with 50% reserve wines from 2021 and 2020. Bold and eusive in the glass, with notable textural depth, the Rosé is a total delight. Cranberry, white pepper, mint, slate and chalk add attractive top notes. The Rosé Eugène highlights the Moussé style nicely. Zero dosage. Disgorged: April 25, 2024.
