Tasting note
Their holding is situated on the Chassagne side above Vide Bourses. Two barrels, one new but 5 year air-dried barrel. Bright pale colour, the nose shows a little wood, somewhat saline, with a touch of sandalwood. Almost top heavy, this is a massive example, too big to show the detail but there is a refreshing saline acidity behind. Yellow fruit throughout. Tasted Oct 2018.
