Tasting note
Pale in colour with a toasty barrel reduction. Underneath there is something a touch riper with the honeysuckle note of later picking. A sweeter ripeness which doesn’t quite fit in to the house style. Fair length. Drink from 2027-2031. Tasted Nov 2023.
