Tasting note
The 2015 Chinon Chante le Vent displays an intense citrus color and a concentrated, very floral and fruity bouquet with nutty and herbal aromas. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated on the palate, this is a dense, very juicy, textured and powerful Chenin with good and persistent structure. It is fatter and stronger than 2016 but firm and promising, with some exotic flavors on the finish.
