Tasting note
The 2010 Chinon Chenin Blanc offers an intense, ripe and concentrated bouquet with a nice limestone and hazelnut aroma in the background. Rich, dense and powerful on the palate and with a certain bitterness on the finish, this is a dense, fruit-intense and in fact rather fat and clunky Chenin from a cooler vintage and more rustic winemaking.
