他的創新技法別具一格：在葡萄藤採用「en pont」方式，☀️不靠修剪利用夏季枝葉自然遮蔭，提升果實質素；採收後以🍇「en nuages」方法，手工去除中央粗梗，再將葡萄串剪成細小「雲朵」狀，為酒帶來更深刻的層次與獨特性格。成熟果梗全串發酵讓香氣提升並帶來絲滑細緻的單寧。2023年陳釀更進一步：先在輕烘烤橡木桶熟成12個月，再轉入意大利Clayver陶瓷容器陳放12個月，讓酒體更通透、優雅。

Jean-Pierre Guyon's 2023 wines reveal something truly special💖: Burgundies of striking purity, finesse, and personality that quietly stand among the very best of Vosne-Romanee. Several cuvees receive Jasper Morris MW's top five-star acclaim⭐.
From his family domaine founded in 1938, Jean-Pierre has crafted wines in the Côte de Nuits since 1991. Organic since 2006 (certified 2012) with biodynamic practices.
His innovative approach sets him apart: the gentle “en pont” technique avoids aggressive pruning, letting summer growth form a natural canopy ☀️ that shades grapes from excess heat and supports vine balance and enhances fruit quality. In the cellar, the meticulous🍇 “en nuages” method — hand-snipping bunches into tiny berry cloudlets after removing thicker central stems — brings remarkable depth and character across the entire range. Whole-bunch fermentation with fully ripe stems brings lifted aromatics and silky, refined tannins. For 2023, elevage takes another step forward: 12 months in lightly toasted oak followed by 12 months in Italian Clayver ceramic vessels.
These efforts yield elegant, transparent, profoundly terroir-driven wines—vibrant with red fruit and floral perfume in the reds, crisp minerality and white fruit grace in the white.
